In a town where restaurants come and go, the consistency here is legendary. The food is just as good today as it was three decades ago. The Go-To: You cannot go wrong with the Asada Burrito. The meat is always perfectly seasoned and charred. It’s my absolute "must-order" every single time I walk through the doors. The Salsa Situation (Listen Up!): * The Green Salsa: It is incredible. Bright, tangy, and the perfect pairing for the asada. I could put it on anything. * The Red Salsa: Consider this your fair warning. It packs a serious punch. It’s delicious, but if you aren't ready for some real heat, approach with caution! It’s got a kick that lingers, so start small. If you’re looking for an authentic LA institution that hasn't lost its touch, this is it. Here’s to another 30 years!"
